I'm very delighted that my artwork (in the picture below) has been selected for contemporary photography exhibition "Significant Colour " at PH21 Gallery in Budapest.
This artwork is from my long-term ongoing project with working title “daily wayside”. In Bauhaus 100th anniversary year I explore city where I currently live (Dresden) and in uptown I’m looking for geometrical and chromatic patterns that reminds me traces of “Bauhaus spirit” in modern inhabited space as well as compositions that sounds like piano melodies that I heard in my head during numerous visits to the exhibition “Abstract-Constructivist Avant-Garde in Dresden 1919-1932” with masterpieces by Mondrian, Lissitzky, the Bauhaus teachers Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Lyonel Feininger, László Moholy-Nagy and other artists.
Exhibition Dates: August 1-24, 2019
Opening Reception: August 1, 6:00 pm
